At Shrunken Head, we stand behind our gear, but if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return box.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the gear upon arrival; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
